The new $CERTISSUED variable is currently only localized for en-US ("Certificate Issuance Date").

@gizmo21, de_AT (or any locale not currently found in /locale) would be much appreciated. If you have time, I need all 3 files (cipherfox.dtd, prefs.dtd and prefs.properties). You can either post here, email me or submit a PR.

Also, anybody should feel free to submit fixes to existing locales. :)

I think this issue can be closed.

@Cai0407, yes there are strings there for all locales, but most just have the en_US strings as placeholders, which doesn't really help people ... since I haven't gotten any pull requests for those locales, I'll update them as best I can with online translation tools before closing this issue.

$PROTOCOL now also needs localization. Using en-US string as placeholder. Pull requests welcome.
