I've hit this same problem.
I wanted to allow further configuration of my automated UI tests so looked to use Specflow.Autofac. The lack of disposing meant browser windows were getting left open. My current work around is to manually dispose of objects:
[AfterScenario] public void TearDown() { var componentContext = _objectContainer.Resolve<IComponentContext>(); componentContext.Resolve<BrowserSession>().Dispose(); }
from specflow.autofac.
