Ignore OS release and override package name about garethr-docker

Hi @smo921. You can override the package name with package_name as per https://github.com/garethr/garethr-docker/blob/master/manifests/init.pp#L103. The README could do with an update to cover all the params but it's in the inline documentation.

Regarding the version constrain, if you could provide a link to this working on older versions (ie. just docs or a package) then I'd be happy to see a PR. It was my (maybe incorrect) understanding that it required a newer version, though that may have changed. Cheers

@garethr actually it looks like even though the package installs the kernel version is behind what the folks at Docker recommend for RHEL (https://docs.docker.com/installation/rhel/) so maybe this is a premature request. It does seem to work, however my exact release is also using packages from April 2013 and 6u4 was released in February 2013 so I can't say for certain.
