[Feature Request] docker::stop / docker::rm about garethr-docker

Thinking about this, docker::run should really have been called `docker::container``, and then we would have:

docker::container { 'helloworld':
  ensure => stopped
}

And

docker::container { 'helloworld':
  ensure => absent
}

I'm leaning towards making that change at some point, time permitting. Or if someone else gets there first I'm more than happy.

As of #403 the module now supports making containers absent. Thanks for the report, and apologies it took a while to add the capability.
