After extensively testing this, the problem is not in the Behavior copying system.
Cloning an object with an existing behavior works correctly. Querying MoveMap also correctly finds two entries for "keyboard up".
To prove this,
1- clone the object as before. Set it to a different color to easily differentiate it
%clone.setBlendColor(0.9,0.6,0.7);
2- Add it to the scene
3- Remove the behavior from the first object -> %object.removeBehavior(%moveBehavior,true);
4- Press up, down left right and watch the clone move around as expected!
As such, I'm closing this issue but we will need to verify if multiple behavior instances can support ActionMap bindings. Creating multiple instances of a single behavior works fine in most scenarios (I've tested this in DeathBallToy) but when the Behavior is calling bindObj is where it seems to fail.
