REST API about gae-init

While this is not a bad idea and maybe for the majority of projects that could work perfectly, it is not in our scope and I won't make such a huge change to the core project and leave it open for the end users.

Having said that though maybe sometime in the future there will be a gae-init-rest clone that does exactly that.. 💃

I am working with backbone a lot lately, and I am thinking about attempting to port the server part to Flask-Restful. Because the project I am working with is not exactly small, changes like these may take a while, till I am satisfied with the way it works and clean it up for the init project. With that said, I am foreseeing a version like gae-init-backbone introducing the restful along with switchable front end frameworks like angular ember etc .. backbone is going to be the default approach lets say.
