toContentValues is not generated about auto-value-cursor

The extension won't generate a mapper() method, just the static field.

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't generate the toContentValues() method. When it gets generated it would be in a different subclass than the Cursor stuff, because they are technically two different extensions shipped together.

I don't see any issues when trying out your file in a standalone project. Did you get any error messages?

After a couple of hundreds of Clean, Rebuild, Invalidate cache and rubber chicken sacrificed to The Lord of Light, I managed to get

ContentValues values = file.toContentValues();
