Feature request: support OauthConfiguration.RequireRegistration for applications about terraform-provider-fusionauth

That's great, thanks for the update!
The RequireRegistration field isn't in the FusionAuth docs for some reason... (no idea why - probably just an oversight) but reading the code tells me it's definitely part of the API.

It's a little annoying they don't document it, since it defaults to false, which means any user with a FusionAuth account can access an application that hasn't had RequireRegistration set to true.
