Currently, it's not possible to deploy contracts by using the cli.
We'll take an approach where we suggest the user to download the Fuel Toolchain and follow-up the deployment section of the developer quickstart. We'll try to avoid content duplication as much as possible.
Also, it might be interesting to involve a script that pulls the content from the developer quickstart and copies it into a new MD file to be included in the scaffolding.
