Allow tcp docker endpoints about go-dockerclient

Docker speaks HTTP, so tcp://127.0.0.1:4243 and http://127.0.0.1:4243 are the same endpoint.

I will provide a quick fix.

Thanks for the quick fix! However, it seems that docker treats tcp:// and http:// connections slightly differently, making them not 100% interchangeable. The use case where I discovered this issue is with boot2docker.

Here is some sample output:

> DOCKER_HOST=tcp://127.0.0.1:4243 docker ps
# CONTAINER ID        IMAGE               COMMAND             CREATED             STATUS              PORTS               NAMES

> DOCKER_HOST=http://127.0.0.1:4243 docker ps
# 2014/04/21 12:45:23 Invalid bind address protocol: http://127.0.0.1:4243

> docker -v
# Docker version 0.10.0, build dc9c28f

This is the client-side of the docker command line, not the server. The server is an HTTP API.
