I don't know why https://github.com/laughlinez/flow is listed in importers because I see no reference to fsnotify in its code or in https://github.com/jcw/flow from which it was forked. /cc @garyburd
That takes care of everyone importing from go.exp/fsnotify, except for forks of other repositories.

@nathany I don't see github.com/laughlinez/flow listed as an importer, but I do see github.com/laughlinez/flow/gadgets. This importer is correct.
