I have a solution:
Every package would have an ID (let's say tic-tac-frue has an ID of 1) and every FPKG repo has to have an ID (FRUE Repo also would have 1) and ID of tic-tac-frue in FRUE Repo would be 1-1
If another repo'd provide tic-tac-frue (pkg with ID 1), but repo's ID is 2 it'd be ID 2-1

pkglist function would catch every repo from sources file that contains packages with same ID (instead of ID we could go for checksum of or anything like this) and distinguish the packages by source ID

All of this'd happen under the hood, end-user would just get something like
