GtkBuilder support about gtkdialog

I think we should simply stick with gtkdialog's pseudo-XML and leave it at 
that. I don't have the time to maintain another interface, and the glade 
inteface is only servicing one application -- partview -- and it's pointless 
maintaining that.

Now, if somebody wanted to write a GtkBuilder XML to gtkdialog pseudo-XML 
conversion tool, then that would be cool; it could be written in shell script.
