Need smarter auto-routing execution about fritzing-app

biggest limiting factors on auto-router failing seem to be:

1. not enough clearance between Arduino shield headers and board edge (traces can't
   route outside the headers) - for now just make the shield profile slightly bigger
   (will need to recalculate offsets for connecting to Arduino and make sure everyone
   has new library)
2. grid size - how can we specify routing grid with a script???

For more information, see issue 13 and https://code.google.com/p/fritzing/wiki/EagleIssues Short answer is: Eagle does not give us a means to control autorouting operation
through the editor command interface.

For now, we may have to solve by providing a few *.CTL files and good documentation
on how to select the right settings.
