I've already created a new package at packagist.org and updated post receive hooks at repository
I'll be back in 3 hours and I'll finish this issue for branch master and update pull request for multiple recipients support.

I'll review that asap, but for now I'm being kicked out of where I live for visa issues quite unexpectedly so I have bigger personal issues to solve for the coming few days.

@zocimek I would not bother about the 2.0. 2.1 is stable now and people using 2.0 would simply use the old classes. I don't think any of them would want to update their code for new class names in a 2.0 app.
