packages: gluon/gluon-autoupdater: refactor generic parts out of the gluon-specific package about gluon

I've changed the issue title as there still needs to be a gluon-autoupdater package which integrates the updater into the gluon distribution.

We should decide what to do about this. Most of the autoupdater doesn't particiularty depend on Gluon, but I'm not sure if we want to maintain functions to determine a system's model name in portable way outside of Gluon. OTOH, we could move that functionality into a new (Lua) library and make Gluon use it. (I think rewriting the updater script in Lua would also make sense, but that doesn't belong in this issue...)

Any ideas on a nice name for the autoupdater?

Bielefeld has patched our autoupdater to work without Gluon.

The non-Gluon-specific parts are now split out into the package autoupdater. A better name is still required, but I think that's not in the scope of this ticket.
