Stuff that needs to be ensured before finishing this:

• [OK] Sponsoring / kickstarting from home page works.
• [OK] Add a popover '?' to the Kickstart button
• [OK] There's an entry on the FAQ talking about this
• [OK] Search view has an option to add/hide kickstarting issues from search results.
• [OK] The "More..." links (below the two tables in the home page) point to corresponding pre-filled searchs.
• [OK] Sponsoring a kickstarting issue removes it from the Kickstarting view.
• [OK] After kickstarting, user sees a popup that tell her to spread the word about her issue.
• [OK] Splinter tests cover at least the happy path
