+1 to var. 60 seconds seems like a reasonable default, but the topbeat docs say that 10 is actually the default value. So let's keep 10 in the role, then we can override in groupvars.

#7 broke the topbeat config; looks like we're not supposed to use quotes for the integer var. Fortunately the validate parameter caught the error and prevented updates on hosts in the wild.
