Implement Monolog as a service about forkcms

I'll look into this this weekend.

Any thoughts on where you logging should occur? We can't log data that is used through Spoon (unless we change that).

Initial thoughts on handling the integration:

• Create some sort of Bundle (in this case another vendor) that acts as an adapter for Monolog (this way it'll be easier to replace Monolog by another logging instance. Followed by the MonologBundle example);
• Add core logger instance to the Container;
• Replace SpoonLog with the logger instance.

I already started to implement the logger a while back, the only useful part is when I decide to log things.
