I close this issue because it probably affected by base os or new node version and @frank stated that problem doesn't occur on macos with node v8.15.1/ npm v6.4.1

also i noticed about this source thought https://gohugo.io/showcase/forestry so intended to customize and use documentation theme part however related any license isn't clear on this repository @frank explained about not allowed third-party use with reference https://choosealicense.com/no-permission and discussion https://forestry-community.slack.com/archives/C2R5R8AM7/p1554235063012000?thread_ts=1554043962.003700&cid=C2R5R8AM7
