Hi @Arnoldfb ,
You could follow this website to fix this issue: https://deepikamatam.blogspot.com/2019/11/custom-metadata-loader.html.
Basically, you just simply create new remote site setting by yourself:
- Go to Setup > Remote Site Setting
- Click "New Remote Site Setting"
- Set Remote Site Setting Name to "c_mdapi"
- Set Remote Site Setting URL to URL where you get this error.
- Set Active to TRUE
- Save
from custommetadataloader.
