Rocketchat - error install plugin and callback about err-stackstorm

Thank you for reporting this issue. From the output you provided, errbot is authenticated correctly against StackStorm's API and sees the events being delivered via the stream API.

It looks like the error you're encountering might be related to cardoso/errbot-rocketchat#10

ValueError: Argument in_reply_to must be given.

err-stackstorm calls send in most cases and for slack send_card. I will try to get rocket chat up and running to test/debug on.

Sorry guys, I have little time these days to look at errbot-rocketchat. 😓Any volunteers to maintain it and look at that bug? I'll provide you with the permissions or transfer the repository to you if you wish.

@cardoso Sorry to hear you don't have time to work on the plugin. If you want to give up development on the plugin permanently I'd be will to accept the transfer or if you prefer to keep the repo under your account, I'd be OK to be added as a contributor to help maintain the plugin in your absence.

@ivanmpk I'm not sure if you're still interested in using err-stackstorm, I created a patch that allows the bot to report exceptions at startup to the rocketchat administrator. https://github.com/nzlosh/err-backend-rocketchat/tree/maint_nzlosh. @cardoso depending on feedback, I'll create a pull request upstream.
