The flatten! exception should be fixed instead of rescue on rack level. Could you tell me which flatten! cause the exception and why?

We are running on oracle, the scope runs fine in a console, and I dont have time or inclination to convey all info on how to get you to fix the low level exception. Off the top of my head the scope bullet dies on is Model.scoped( :include => ['tags'], :conditions => {'tags.id' => 20} ) and like I said the flatten is in check_unused_preload_associations. The bug I'm reporting is not the flatten bug, but that any error/unanticipated issue comes up against can/will necessitate disabling bullet in development - if you wont' defensive-code that's your right, I'll just monkey patch.
