Possible to turn bullet off for part of an action? about bullet

Sorry for the bug in bullet. What you can do is to add Bullet.end_request at the end of action, that bullet will not trouble you. Let me know if it works fine for you.

You probably mean put it in front of my_complicated_finder (to quote my example again)? Otherwise it would record/log this activerecord request won't it?

For example, in controller file

def your_action
  ...
  my_complicated_finder :include => :xyz
  ...
  Bullet.end_request
end
