FLAnimatedImageView goes black on receiving a touch inside a collection view cell about flanimatedimage

I created a quick sample project http://cl.ly/3K3y0x2u3524 to demonstrate the issue (to ensure it wasn't something I was doing wrong). The issue is reproducible if you scroll to the end of the collection view, scroll up, and the begin a touch on a cell.
Changing the display link's runloop mode from NSDefaultRunLoopMode to NSCommonRunLoopModes did not make a difference.

Any ideas on where to start on a solution for this problem? I can try to put together a fix if one isn't in progress.

Thanks, I've resorted temporarily to restarting the animation in setSelected: but I will check out your workaround.

This is fixed with #39 and will be included in the next version of FLAnimatedImage.
