kingshard是在mixer基础之上，重构了原有代码架构；修复了大量BUG，同时增加了很多新特性。相关的License在开源之初就已经在doc/License/ 下面了。如果这也算抄袭的话，那很多国内开源项目都是抄袭。
在未搞清楚事情之前，请不要轻易给别人泼脏水。在国内做开源，本来就不容易。

作者和mixer作者也算是朋友。况且我开源这个项目之前，就已经联系过mixer作者了。
