@3v1n0 - Since installing the mozroots certificates is a one time thing, all subsequent lauches of the app should be fine without the script mentioned in issue #5.

Yes, that works.
What I meant is to include a script that executes that just before trying to launch flickr-downloadr for the first time.

Ah, I see what you're saying - it is in fact included into the wizard-based-installers available for Linux (tested only on 32-bit and 64-bit Ubuntu). Here is the script that gets included into the installer - /build-tools/apt-get-install.sh

I do not know enough on deb and rpm packages creation, to ensure that a similar script gets run even when the app is installed via the .deb or .rpm packages.

Also there is this issue that is open because of the same reason.

How about catching this (presumably common) exception, and displaying a friendly error message, instead of silently [when not launched from a terminal] dying?
