process.openStdin() cause problems in Windows about prompt

hi @mmalecki I retested with my patch and yours and it still fail, shame on me that you already merged :( I really sorry

Flatiron does something like this prompt.start().pause() and then if i prompt something will result in something like this:

process.stdin.resume();
process.stdin.pause();
process.stdin.resume();

this small piece of code fails on windows.. It seems to fail when you resume and then pause inmediately.

this works:

process.stdin.resume();
setTimeout(function(){
    process.stdin.pause();
    setTimeout(function(){
        process.stdin.resume();
    }, 1);
}, 1);

and it fails if i timeout to 0.

can you think on any workarround i can do on this? thank you

I found a workarround for this.. is very ugly but it works before calling the stdin.pause() if i send an invisible character work without problem. for instance send an empty blue string (right before stdin.pause in prompt.pause):

    stdout.write(''.blue);
  }
