Enabling session bus
This is a bad practice.
Better is to figure out what names are needed (--log-session-bus will help)
from io.github.spacingbat3.webcord.

Ahh i see, thank you for the pointer. Some dbus debugging reveals that adding org.kde.StatusNotifierWatcher to known session bus in Flatseal is enough to fix this.
