I'm not sure this is something that should be exposed in the store, to be honest. Certainly runtimes and extensions are implementation details.

Themes should "just work" also. flatpak now auto-installs them on updates and while that still leaves some gaps in UX the user still shouldn't need to seek them out.

The most important use case here would be to see what SDKs/languages can be installed for developers.

Developers would probably be able to use flatpak to list sdks, I'm not sure what value the website would add.

Convenience. I personally tend to checkout what tools I get before I install a application like flatpak and it is not obvious the sdks for things like java exist, unless you do a good bit of reading or happen to search for it. Adding them to the docs would also be helpful
