Running it locally fails about bibtex-tidy

Even running bibtex-tidy --version causes an exception:

It might be worth adding that NodeJs > v11 is required and perhaps v16 is recommended. That's not obvious to people who merely copy-paste the installation code.

Thanks, others have been caught by this too (#41). It's on my todo list to do a node version check.
