Not able to build master-dstu2 (or develop) about spark

I added the references manually to a local installation of the FHIR Api project, and changed the version to remove alpha1 (I think it's the first that fixed it).

Then I got a build error in MongoSearcher.cs which I commented out, and then it builds and runs.
