[firebase_analytics]: Play Console raises error for missing com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID about flutterfire

Hi,

I contacted Google Play Console support and Firebase support, but they always provide the same useless suggestions, that everyone can find in online docs, and they can't understand the problem.

Error:
Your advertising ID declaration in Play Console says that your app uses advertising ID. A manifest file in one of your active artifacts doesn't include the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission.
If you don't include this permission in your manifest file, your advertising identifier will be zeroed out. This may break your advertising and analytics use cases, and cause loss of revenue.
You can remove these errors by updating your advertising ID declaration
(i) Apps that target Android 13 (API 33) without the AD_ID permission will have their advertising identifier zeroed out. This may impact advertising and analytics use-cases.

Hey @lucaesposto - We haven't come across the issue before so we aren't able to help you and there isn't much we can do on FlutterFire to mitigate this I'm afraid.

There is a clue to what the issue might be in the stack overflow article you posted:

Your best bet is to clear out/update with latest manifest any other existing artifacts which might not contain the relevant code in their manifests 🙏
