aws sms and email is not working with firebase function . why? about firebase-functions

@raviranjan528 It seems to be an error message coming from AWS, I'm not sure if this is actually be a problem with functions. Please reach out to AWS support, if that isn't the issue, then use one of the Firebase support channels I posted above.

Oh! I figured out the issue. It's because I haven't given the Billing information on the firebase, hence unable to make an external request.
