demo: local server issue with #recapitulation about pagerjs

It is actually correct on the local dev server. The online demo-app was actually wrong but fixed now. I don't know if it's good, but I want the headlines to be collapsed initially (and expanded on click) in order to make the recap easier to scan. Maybe it makes sense to keep everything expanded all the time if the body text is cut out?

Interesting. I like the collapsed-initially concept but I didn't realize those were even links. It would be cool if there was a little +/- to the left of each section header indicating that they can be expanded/contracted.

RE pull request: thanks for accepting it :) I'm still trying to decide if I need what pager.js gives for my proprietary app.
