Phantom right now does not really support token scans, esp from multiple partition keys. One workaround is that we could directly work with the CQL Java Driver, and pass in a CQL query.
Also going forward, we will want to efficiently filter chunkMaps based on version and projection id. Thus we should explore having secondary indexes or Stargate.

This is now implemented on master using direct CQL queries with token ranges. Tests all pass.
A new parameter in Spark, splits_per_node, determines the read parallelism on each node.
No node locality has been implemented yet. The information is returned from C_, but not yet acted upon, but at least the reads on each Spark partition should be directed to only one C_ node.
