Fixed. New gem pushed. Just needed to check for File.exists?(filename).
Now, renaming a file triggers a :delete and then a :new event. Thank's for testing this out. Please let me know when you have implemented filewatcher in quickdraw.

Good to see you got it working. Your code in cli.rb looks clean.
Ruby has seemed to find it's place as a tool for writing scripts to automate things, and watching the filesystem is a common task.
