That’s what we’ve been doing, but in this case the ask is to sign on to a pre-existing letter, so we changed it to work this way (instead of the way it does right now on battleforthenet.com, where people can edit the letter).

Oh, ok. I just noticed that there's a part in the letter where it says "My friends, family, and I...", and so I thought that the letter was meant to be from individuals.
