Hej, yes there seems to be a problem with the FWHM calculation in some cases. The calculated values have not been used in production, and it seems likely that the current calculations are not good for all peak shapes. If anyone finds a solution to the problem code contributions are welcome. Otherwise the difference between rtStart and rtEnd can be used as a rough but more robust estimate for peak widths, although not with the same meaning as FWHM.
