Incomplete color stripping about painter

Thanks a lot for the bug report. You're absolutely right, the regex should attempt to strip up to 3 digits as confirmed by ANSI escape code on Wikipedia.

This particular function was based exactly on the equivalent function in the strip-ansi library which appears to have the same bug.

I have repaired the issue in my last commit and the fix will be included in the upcoming v0.3 release which includes many other major changes and enhancements.
