Well, what version did you download? Have you tried the .msi installer? Are there any error messages?
Or are you trying to build the project yourself?

okay its working now on the latest version with .msi installer thx.
but why the installer say that I must reboot my pc to take affect the app seems work properly without it

I assume the problem was that you were using the zipped/portable version without installing the Webview2 runtime. The installer installs that runtime if it is missing :)
