后续打算出个比较 nice 的 GUI 工具。
同事 livereload 会有端口冲突一说，暂时 FIS3 并没有去一次让构建多个应用程序。不过 livereload 的事情我寻求一种比较好的方法再来讨论。

我可以理解为现在考虑的主要场景是一次只构建一个项目吗？

也不是，一般我们都会有两个模块同时会 watch ，一个是公共模块（项目）另外一个是业务项目。公共模块里面包含了一些公用的组件。
之所以搞成这样只是从工具层面分离了构建流程，但对于 livereload 之类的功能其实并不友好。
