Git Extensions 2.48 removed git-credential-winstore. about chocolatey-packages

Since (at least) git for windows v2.8.2, the git credential manager is shipped with git. Thus, there shouldn't be any need to package it separately.

Definitely a good point. Is the credential winstore offered somewhere else by itself? We could put up a package of that and take a dependency with gitex.

It seems they reference it from their own Bin folder. (https://github.com/gitextensions/gitextensions/blob/master/Bin/git-credential-winstore.exe)

There's a CodePlex website though: https://gitcredentialstore.codeplex.com but I don't know how up-to-date all of this actually is.
