Integration with Hippo about spin

https://github.com/fermyon/hippo-openapi now contains an auto-generated client for Rust, which is already integrated in https://github.com/deislabs/hippo-cli.

If the Hippo CLI project makes consuming it as a crate easy, this could be a matter of importing it and recreating the commands under a spin app, or spin hippo command.

Yeah, if we were to export it as a crate then it’d just be a matter of importing the cli module.

This issue is marked as P0 but is 8 months old. Is it still current? Is the feature being discussed now covered by spin deploy?
