Dart/Flutter example documentation? about spin

@tschneidereit Not sure who is most plugged into this... I recall a Dart/Flutter talk at Wasm I/O but am not sure what state it's in or if it depends on features like GC - do you know? (or do you know someone who does?)

Dart2Wasm does indeed require GC support, and is generally experimental. But even once we have GC support (hopefully later this year), it's not clear to me that Dart support would be easy to get by: based on the README and files, it looks to me like Dart's Wasm compilation is very browser-focused, so adapting it to use in Spin might be far from trivial.

Oh, and as for the WASI executor for Dart: that's sort of the inverse of what we'd need: it's about running Wasm modules from within Dart, instead of Dart in Wasm. We need the latter because all content we execute in Spin needs to be Wasm.
