Hello Carla,
open source code explicitly for your case and for nes3 is not known to me. The attacks I used here were all self-structured and implemented based on the paper. The routing protocols are part of the INET framework (https://inet.omnetpp.org/), which is a framework to extend omnet++.
If I understand your circumstances correctly for your case I can only imagine that it would be possible to use the AODV-UU implementation of INET and additionally fork the implementation and modified it according to the SAODV paper itself (10.1109/CIS.2009.244). Afterwards you could use NETA (https://omnetpp.org/download-items/NETA.html) to implement your attacks and then use the omnet++ functionalities to monitor the metrics.
However, this would all be in omnet++.
