I neeed to work on browser independency.

ok, here's perhaps a reason why that is... for readability, I have set full-hd display to default zoom @150%
...whatever that might ask for, or not... perhaps just a simple CTRL- - - on my part
well, actually, no... this is what I get in chrome 39.0.2171.65 m when I zoom to 100%... a height-probably-not-as-designed

@tobibeer it looks like getBoundingClientRect() is handled differently by some browsers.
Is the problem now fixed?
