sorry to know you couldn’t use it.

I’ll assume you have npm or yarn installed. if that’s not the case, you can click on one of those links and follow the instructions.

if you’re on a Unix-based OS, like macOS or a GNU/Linux distribution, you can open a terminal and follow the steps:

1. clone the repository: $ git clone https://github.com/felipe-campos/fotolog-backup.git
2. enter the recently cloned repository: $ cd fotolog-backup
3. download the dependencies with either npm or yarn: $ npm i or $ yarn
4. backup a fotolog like described in the README

if you’re on Windows, you can use it too, and it’ll probably be very similar to these steps above, but that’s on you. I’ve never used command line on Windows and I don’t have access to it at the moment.

also, beware of the 1-post-per-day limitation. I developed this chiefly to myself and this restriction wasn’t a problem. if you used the paid version of fotolog, you could post more than 1 picture per day.
