Release dropdown is out of date about fedora-packages

The same in Changelog tab. Rawhide is stated to be .fc17 and only Fedora 16 and older are present below that.

Apparently I didn't check carefully enough the opened ticket before filling #20 yesterday :)

So I think what's going on here is that the cron job that indexes the latest builds from koji:

1. for a long time, only knew about F16 and F17. That is kept in distmappings.py which we patched in production a month back or so.
2. when it runs, it only asks for the builds that have completed since it last ran. It runs every 15 minutes, so, once we updated that distmappings.py file, it never went back in history to get all the old builds it missed. Including (I think) every build of python-webob for F18 and F19.

I filed an infra ticket to add logging to those cronjobs so we can know more what's going on:
