Error in nim 2.0 RC 2.0 about nim-gmp

Does the error happens also with the Nim v2.0 release?

this should probably be reported in https://github.com/SciNim/bignum (if it is indeed affected) which is slightly ahead of this and it is the version officially installed with nimble

You can take a look on my forks of nim-gmp and bignum, I tried to fix them and they seem to work now (I tried included the examples in both packages). Check out new destructors in nim-gmp src/gmp/pure.nim because I am not sure if they don't memory leak, I've never written a destructor in Nim before.

To know if it leaks, you can use Valgrind on the C output I guess. It will not really help you to find the memory leak, but it should tell you if there is one. I haven't written a destructor in Nim, sorry I can't help you on that.
